2.5  The Service Provider itself may provide terms and guidelines that govern offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to any Service .The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider.

2.6  RoyalRahi.com at its sole discretion reserves the right to change or cancel the trip in case of of breach of this agreement or unable to verify/authenticate any information provided by the user.

3.1  1Cancellation and/or amendment of any reservation shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/payments in accordance with such relevant cancellation/refund policy.

3.2  In regard to refund of unused /unutilized services the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy and the money would be refunded to the person who has made the payment to RoyalRahi.com.Please note that the refund process may take 2-3 weeks due to banking procedures.

The responsibility to obtain proper, current and valid passports, visas, vaccinations, inoculations and sufficient fund,where and as required, is that of the user alone. RoyalRahi.com not be responsible or liable for any consequence of any nature arising from the customer failing to ensure such requirements.

This user agreement shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.Any dispute arising in relation hereto shall be subject to related to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
